After-sales service & technical support
12-month warranty with no limit on operating hours from the date of the equipment handover acceptance report. The warranty only applies to defects caused by the manufacturer. It does not apply to parts and details that are naturally worn and caused by maintenance, replacement or improper operation by the user.
Within 12 hours of receiving notification from the responsible person of the buyer by phone, fax or direct notification, etc. about the equipment error requiring warranty, the seller must send a technician to the buyer’s location to check and repair the machine. If the repair cannot be made, within 05 days from the date of receiving the notification, the seller must replace the spare parts for the buyer.
